Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase a ticket and win a prize, entrants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and

• Be a legal resident of Idaho or physically present in Idaho at the time of ticket purchase

Ineligible Participants
The following individuals are not eligible to win:

• Employees or actively serving board members of the Idaho FFA Foundation

• Members of their immediate households

Tickets purchased by or for ineligible individuals will be considered void and not eligible to win. No refunds will be issued for voided tickets, except at the sole discretion of the Idaho FFA Foundation.

Raffle Details

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued.

• Each ticket purchased represents one (1) entry for a chance to win the prizes available.

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid tickets sold.

• Tickets must be purchased by the designated deadline of May 30, 2026 to be eligible.

Drawing Process & Winner Notification
The Idaho FFA Foundation will conduct a manual, physical drawing to determine the raffle winners. All eligible tickets will be placed into a secure drawing barrel and thoroughly mixed prior to the drawing.

For tickets purchased online, a physical ticket will be printed by the Idaho FFA Foundation and added to the drawing barrel in the same manner as tickets purchased in person. Each printed ticket will include the purchaser’s name and contact information as provided at the time of purchase.

All tickets, regardless of purchase method, will have an equal chance of winning. Ticket purchasers do not need to be present at the drawing to win.

Winners will be contacted directly using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners will be announced on July 7, 2026.

Taxes and Fees
Winners are solely responsible for:

• Any applicable federal, state, or local income taxes that may result from accepting the prize.
• Completing any IRS-required documentation.
• All registration, licensing, and title transfer responsibilities not covered by the gift process.
• Obtaining and maintaining insurance for the UTV prior to operation or transport.

The Idaho FFA Foundation does not provide tax advice and recommends that the Winner consult with a tax professional regarding personal tax liability. The Idaho FFA Foundation assumes no responsibility for tax liability nor insuring the prizes at any time.

Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Idaho FFA Foundation, its officers, board members, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy
Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions
Raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

• The Idaho FFA Foundation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the raffle.

• The Foundation’s interpretation and enforcement of these rules are final and binding.
