CARLY JORDAN (WEAVER)

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Carly currently serves as the Idaho FFA Foundation’s Executive Director. In Fall of 2022, Carly joined the Idaho FFA Foundation team as the Program and Event Manager but has since moved into the Executive Director role where she works to bring in financial resources and make them available to local FFA members, chapters, advisors, and the Idaho FFA Association. She manages the Foundation’s legacy gifts, endowments, grant programs, donor relations, events, scholarships, and more.

Carly attended the University of Idaho, where she studied Agriculture Business, and then spent several years doing communications and volunteer work in the Idaho agriculture industry. Carly has deep roots with Idaho FFA and has been involved with the organization since 2011; she served in several elected roles, attended state, regional and national conferences, and participated in multiple Career Development Events with the Meridian FFA Chapter.

Carly enjoys gardening, food and cooking, animals, and the great outdoors. In her free time, you can find her camping, spending time with her loved ones, and chasing after her Brittany pup, Scout. Carly is a fifth-generation Idahoan involved in production agriculture.

Lindsey Arnold

Program & Event Manager

Lindsey currently serves as the Idaho FFA Foundation’s Program and Event Manager. She manages the annual Scholarship Raffle, Gift of Blue, college and Washington Leadership Conference scholarship, and grant programs for the Foundation. In addition to programs, she is an integral part of the team in planning and hosting annual events like the State FFA Convention, Gem State Leadership Conference, annual Tee Up FORE FFA golf scrambles, and other programming and fundraising events.

Lindsey grew up in northern Arizona on a small garlic farm and has family farming roots in southern Idaho, Arizona, and Minnesota. Her high school did not offer an FFA program, but she loves what the organization stands for, grew up participating in 4-H, and is passionate about agriculture education and the ag industry!

Lindsey graduated from Southern Utah University with a B.S. in Marketing and has had experience in event and project management in the University setting working with students, the Governor’s Office for Rural Affairs, and the non-profit fundraising sector.

Lindsey is an avid outdoorswoman and loves camping, fishing, and hiking. She also enjoys singing, country swing and line dancing, and playing the guitar and ukulele.

Amie Betzold

programs intern

Amie is currently in her third-year of college, studying Agriculture Education at the University of Idaho. Amie was very active in her local FFA chapter during her time in high school. She participated in multiple different FFA officer positions, and career/leadership development events throughout her time in FFA. In 2023, Amie worked diligently to earn her American Degree.

Amie is now assisting in managing the Foundation’s Scholarship Raffle and Gift of Blue programs, and helping with student scholarships and golf scrambles! As an intern, she’s excited to build her networking and project management skills while giving a fresh perspective of a former Idaho FFA member.
